"Going to the Morgue"


If you're a fan of grindcore, you'll probably enjoy this. I think it has some cool riffage on it, but it doesn't really catch my attention. I went to a Record Show and bought an Extreme Noise Terror Peel Session album and the guy threw this one in for free. Here's what it makes me think of...

The guitars/bass reminds me of Mortician; except a lot more technical, faster, and of course, more talented.

The drums on this album are really tight, especially the snare.

The vocals seem to range. Sometimes you have that pure guttural low-growling, sometimes you have the high-growling that sound like Gollum. Then I was surprised when I heard something that wasn't growling at all; it was just a guy yelling...angrily...


All in all, I'd say this is a decent album.
