Nice To Eat You is a satisfying slab of brutal death. I discovered this band purely by chance. I guess I got lucky. The vocals on this album are reminiscent of Mortician (grunts and growls that are very low, prolonged, and indecipherable) but the music is better. The songs incorporate plenty of variation and skillful playing along with extreme brutality. Occasional, understated guitar solos are a nice addition. Perhaps the most praiseworthy element of this album is the precise, effective, and unusual percussion. It is possibly the most enjoyable drumming I’ve heard on a brutal death album. It’s a shame that more people aren’t aware of this this band.
