Pure BM from north of Italy - 88%

Strid, September 10th, 2003

This is the first record for this pure BM band hailing from North of Italy. I define them "pure" BM band because this is what you can hear in this demo: pure BM the way it will always mean to be. A croaking voice, guitars cold as a northern wind (Darkthrone docet), and a forsennate drumming that keeps up the speed of the fast riffing, everything united to re-create the atmosphere everyone in BM knows; an idea of what I'm saying is the first one, "A Demonic Wisdom". The second song, "Sacrifice of the Holy Lamb", could clearly have been taken out directly from "Transilvanian Hunger", while the last one, the one I prefer, has a mid tempos starting riffs that reminds a lot of Judas Iscariot last works, while in the end speeds up the fury and re-keeps you in the cold atmosphere this demo has started. Only three songs, but that make "good" hopes for the future. I know, there are thousands bands playing BM, but if you like this kind of music, it's a problem that has no sense. So you can support Arvind.
