Two Cocks in the Same Hole

I would call it a real tragedy that this band has split up. Anal Bleeding was only of short time on the Death Metal scene, but they did a hellova brutal, gore, perverse, gurgle-gurlge, grinding release with TWO COCKS IN THE SAME HOLE in 2002. Founded in 2001, they did their first demo in the same year, GUTS OUT OF ANUS, and the same tracks including 3 more, made the first full lenght of this crazy Canadian band. Their influences are wide, as they brutally and fiercly combine Brutal Death Metal, Gore and Grind. Today there is a shitload of such bands, but a few years back, when I heard Anal Bleeding for the first time, I was highly amused and the power of the riffs started to compell me.

Anal Bleeding take time in mutilating song after song; they don't hurry the whole release with frenzy riff races, like most bands in the genre. The band is fast though, but when the slow parts start kicking you in the ass, you will understand why it's a great loss, to not have released another great full lenght of their own. And now there will be no more great songs with titles like "Pestilential Pussy Lips", "Oxidized Tampon Fumes" (a great and funny intro into the song - sounds like a big burp?!), "Penis Exorcism" and "Rodeo Cunt", an extreme, brutal and distorting song. The sheer brutally will rip your head off. The riffs are like influenced by early Cannibal Corpse's, also the drum work. And that's what I like to hear - bands that know how to incorporate Cannibal Corpse influences into their own, so it doesn't actually sound like a total rip off.

At the end of "Rodeo Cunt" there is a slow part, backbone breaking. You just can't keep ya head on the shoulder - you MUST rip it off and bounce motherfucker. Some of the songs remind me somehow of Beheaded; the groovey parts are just fucking great. "Wrecktal Discharge" has some bad-ass pounding to it. And just like Beheaded do some crazy ass shit with their brutal sound, chop meat and pulverize bones, Anal Bleeding are masters in the art of slowly mutilating and torturing your fucking mind and ears. First slowly, then with speed punching you in the guts, with some crazy breaks, as in "Born in Menstrual Excrements". I recommend TWO COCKS IN THE SAME HOLE to anybody who is in favor of brutal and groovey music. This release will rip your face into shreds!

This album is damn sick. It's heavily death metal influenced porngrind. It's not sloppy. Very controlled, not too noisy. The production is really bassy and thick. The strong production is unusual for a band of this kind, but a delightful surprise. The drums very present throughout the albums, as they weren't on Guts out of the Anus. The riffs are heavy, heavy, and most importantanly, groovy. The vocals are ultra-deep, they keep fuckin' sick throughout the album, not screams, no faggish raspy shouting. The album has some top-notch breakdowns too, track 14 being the pinnacle of them. Groovy, sick, and twisted. This album also features samples from movies like "Revenge of the Nerds" and "Bad Taste", just a little bonus. This band sheds the comparisons to CBT and Devourment that they were deservedly tagged with on Guts out of the Anus, and gains a sound of their own, which fits them well. The band has a sound tighter than a cunt's twat stuffed with two cocks -l-
