Beyond the Dawn

Four tracks of what usually passes for melodic black, or melodic death metal. It's one of the least apreciable genres, as it poops out mediocre and bland bands one after another. Absurd doesn't deviate much from the norm, but I actually like this band sort of. They have spunk. Although completely unoriginal, and with a standard drum computer, they do have direction in their songs and they keep the pace up. And hey, the bass is audible, so they're not completely worthless in that aspect either. And if you get past the gothenburg-esque harsh yet shrill screams, one might grow to apreciate these guys on a 'Hey they're not that bad and I like putting them on'-level.
