Black Blood Raised

I got this CD as a bonus from my order at Werewolf Rex, and I didn't expect much by the fact that Werwolf just gave it away just like that without even mentioning it, but it isn't bad at all.

First of all, the vocals nearly drown every instrument under them, even when I turn the volume down so much the instruments just give a hissing sound I can still hear the vocals very, very clearly.

The riffs are great, or maybe just the tone of the guitar make them sound awesome. They aren't too simple or complicated, neither do I get the feeling that I've heard them somewhere else before.

Honestly the worst part of this album is the drums. Just like every "Another BM band" the drumming on every song consist of constant blastbeat and few fills here and there, I think I can also hear a different cymbal being hit sometimes.

Don't waste your money buying this album, save it for some band that really stands out from the crowd.
