Unholy Total Hate... Fuck You All

Unholy Total Hate?.. wait, Darkthrone-like logo, use of unholy and all those pretentious black metal common words, raw black metal... this must be a fucking Darkthrone ripoff!"

Yes, that's more or less what happened to me. I was a fan of tr00 black metal some time ago, so I decided to give it a try. Of course, originality isn't really common on this album. This is, as I mentioned before, a mexican ripoff of Darkthrone. Damn, they even dared to rip off the band logo. Ths music isn't that bad though. It's actually enjoyable at times. The production is the adequate. It's raw enough to be considered tr00, but is still audible as well. The instruments can be distinguished without much problems. Some of the riffs are interesting, like the "Necrobitch (Six Sex Six)" ones. The drumming is the typical black metal drumming. Lots of blastbeats, with some nice fillings. The vocals, well, they sound like a third rate Nocturno Culto ripoff (you didn't see that coming, uh?). The Darkthrone cover is ok, it's neither better than the original one, nor utter shit.

Overall, a decent debut album. Fans of Darkthrone or tr00 black metal, check this out.
