- This demo tape never came with any cover, but one was made by Maniac later just for fun; Euronymous thought that the cover was cool, so they used it on a few tapes.
- Recorded onto regular non-studio cassettes.
- The band name is misspelled "Cheker Patrol" on the front cover. It is spelled correctly on the spine, however.
On the demo cover, the letter "C" is omitted from the band's logo. It is believed by many to be a bootleg-cover, although possibly with a real tape.
