- US pressing.
- Tony Teegarden performed the album's death-style vocals due to Paul Masvidal being in danger of losing his voice at the time. Also for a limited time, Teegarden acted as an unofficial fifth member when he handled the death-style vocals & keyboards during Cynic's European leg of the tour when they opened for Pestilence.
- Some versions contain a note on the back cover incorrectly stating the album's released date of 1991.
