The album is dedicated to Jan Kenneth Barkved.

Music video was made for song "The One I Once Was" (director - Ivan Čolić).

"All my work on this album is dedicated to the memory of Jan Kenneth Barkved. Rest in peace my friend."

Amicus verus est rara avis.
Memoria in aeterna.

In July 2022 Veland revealed the reason why all the song titles on "Misere Mortem" start with "The":

"There’s a funny story behind it: The thing is that I have always been a huge Seinfeld fan, and if you watch Seinfeld closely, all of the episodes start with “The” as well – so it’s kind of a hidden, secret tribute to Seinfeld. A few years ago there was one guy that commented “why the fuck all the songs start with ‘The’, it’s kinda annoying”, haha. I was kinda considering when I started writing for album number two as well, if I should continue to start all the song titles with “The”, but I figured I should just leave it with the first album, however the first song title on 'the Pandemic pandemonium sessions' starts with “The” as well and that was not planned actually, it just happened that way..."
