Promo version and normal version can be distinguished by....
Paper thickness - Promo booklet is on thin semi-gloss paper, normal is on thicker cardstock.
Disc color - Promo disc has a red finish with a black inner ring. Normal version has a black finish with a red inner ring. Both have the same matrix number.
Some promo copies originally came with a black Midevil bumper sticker.
