Original CD version includes the bonus track (track 5) "Lord Of All Fevers And
Plagues" (3:28)
& bonus remixes (with a few guitar solos altered from their original versions)
of "Maze of Torment" (4:24), "Chapel of Ghouls" (4:56) and "Blasphemy" (3:26)

The original CD version has 2 different back cover layouts, each with their own
specific pictures & organization

Reissued in 2003 with bonus CD-rom video of "Immortal Rites".

Reissued in 2006 as a dual disc. The second side is the first ever official DVD
release by the band - the long sought after November 1989 Nottingham Rock City
show filmed on the band's first ever European outing; the legendary Grindcrusher
Tour. The first 5,000 copies of this release come with a free replica of the
ticket to this infamous show. On subsequent pressings this was changed to a
2-disc CD/DVD set.

Also re-released as a picture disc limited to 1500 copies.

Altars Of Madness (Picture Disk 2006) reissued: on vinyl 2002, European pressing
limited to 1000 copies on black vinyl, USA pressing limited to 1000 copies (700
blue vinyl, 300 red vinyl).
