Preorders for this began shipping close to the end of December, and thus did not
reach anyone until around 2008. For all intents and purposes, this is a 2008
release.

Was re-released by Brutal Bands on February 27th, 2009, with new artwork by
Jon-Zig. The original cover is to the left, the new one to the right.
