The band also had Brutal Mentality lyric sheets made that came with the yellow-covered copies and were also sold separately from the tapes after the yellow version was sold out since the later white covered version didn't come with them. Aside from the lyrics they also include the lineup and specific recording info for the demo.
First press (yellow, w/ lyrics) limited to 50 copies, second press (white, no lyrics) limited to 200.

Includes pro-printed/pro-pressed tapes and covers, with the covers on either yellow paper (first press, with lyric sheet) or white (second press, without lyric sheet) with white shelled tapes that have bright yellow printed labels that match the covers of the first pressing. The tape labels have the Brainicide logo and song titles on them.

Most of the song titles on the demo are printed in groups of two, in between these groups is the only times the music stops. While specific split points between the tracks have been confirmed on live recordings of the era, the actual demo treats these groups of two as the only separate songs. On the only internet-distributed copy the end of "Alone" (Side A) was cut and labelled as "Beyond Therapy" (actually the beginning of Side B). The actual group labelled "Beyond Therapy... Brainicide" is just over 5 minutes, also played together non-stop in concerts, except that Owens introduces "Brainicide" while the final notes of "Beyond Therapy" ring out, revealing "Beyond Therapy" to be a short instrumental intro to "Brainicide".

On the demo "Into The Witches Mirror" starts at 5:45 of the group, but the internet-distributed version is cut short, fading out only 2 minutes into the song, 8 minutes into the group, which on every physical copy of the demo is over 11 minutes long. This cut (and fade out that also isnt part of the song) removes several additional sections (a solo, 2 verses, the ending chorus, etc.) That copy has drop-outs, static and other signs of severe tape damage on the rest of the songs so it may have broken entirely before the end of the song, and had the fade added to the rip so it would seem complete. The entire song is present on all original copies of the tape.

For the correct lengths of individual songs in each group look in the lyrics of each individual song below.

"Two Minutes Hate" is not a reference to the length of the song (its actually just over 3 minutes) but it refers to a method of psycological conditioning used by The Inner Party on the general public in George Orwell's novel "Nineteen Eighty Four" (which "Room 101" tells the story of). "The Two Minutes Hate" is a period of every day when citizens must watch a film about the enemies of The Party, and then express their own hatred of The Party's enemies for exactly two minutes.
