How feeble thy man hast come forth unto us.
To thine blessed land.
Provoking his crucifixion...

Oh yeah... right. Back to bible studies for me then. I actually knew that, I just didn't make the connection... probably because this day has been about as easter late November.

Death to Jesus.

The only thing Incantation and Immolation have in common is that they share the same message and atmosphere, but their technique and composition are pretty far apart.

Well I know nobody expects me to have right opinions on anything DM related, but... All these bands that start with "In" or "Im" sound the same to me. Immolation, Incantation, Imprecation, Infester (ok maybe not that one)...

And they're both from New York and their names start with "I", are tetrasyllabic, and end in "-ation".

You are wrong, that is all.

We had this thread last year, we don't need it again.

What the hell? Immolation and Incantation sound fucking nothing alike. Making that statement proves that the speaker has barely listened to either one of the bands.

YES! Thanks for reminding me about this awesome album, which fits this day perfectly. The poor man's Immolation happens to be one of the heaviest fucking bands I know of, and one of my favorite dm bands, along with...Immolation!

Well, this thread went downhill quickly. Try some discussion next time.

Tip: "They sound the same as Immolation!" "No they don't!" is not a discussion. Especially because they don't sound that alike to anyone familiar with the style and/or bands in question. ;)
