They are here because there earlier albums were influenced by death/groove. See the additional notes.

Only accepted into the Metal Archives because their early releases are heavily Death/Groove influenced.

And surprisingly enough, Cries of the Past isn't THAT bad, either. It's like... progressive blackened death-groove/deathcore. Quite unique, in any case. If they'd dropped the bible-thumping and gotten their shit together, they might have done something noteworthy that was ALSO admirable.

I submited a band, and they ARE real and they have released a demo. I'm holding a copy right now, so how do I prove that they in fact, have a demo?

Voltaj from Romania :
http://www.metal-archives.com/band.php?id=66233

This band it's not metal at all, it's a disgrace; It plays POP music. Please delete it. Maybe in the past they played some hard rock, but it was only an album and with other members.

One album that's Hevy Metal is enough for insertion in the MA. That they have completely changed personnel as well as style is of no concern anymore after that!

Done. Searching for a part only of the band's name when there are special characters in it are basic things.

Just use the advanced search feature and look for releases from the 70's. You'll have to do it year by year, but it will result in a complete list.

Curious to the decision to Wolfbrigade being on the archives. They're more associated in the punk scene and don't really have a metal aspect to them. Closer to the d-beat swedish crust scene than anything.

If they are accepted, does this mean bands like Skitsystem, Warcollapse, World Burns to Death, Disfear, etc should be included as well?

If Wolfbrigade, a band from the punk scene and never associated with metal at all is allowed, why not allow a band that is very similar in scenes and style, especially given that Disfear is a project featuring members from At the Gates and Entombed to begin with?

Don't get me wrong, I like Wolfbrigade so i don't mind their inclusion, but it seems very out of place.

I accepted Darkology...the original submission had a release date of 2006. I looked it up and found a Nov 2, 2009 release date. I accepted it. Later, I saw it wasn't going to be released until tomorrow.

Leave it as it is. It seems Amazon will ship it starting tomorrow, so it's ok. Plus, I spent enough time adding all the member band links. haha

Roman Kostrzewski
http://www.metal-archives.com/band.php?id=3540294138
I've accepted them. I think that this should be here.
Roman Kostrzewski is an icon of metal in Poland and Mystic Art is one of biggest label.
He should be here earlier IMO.
So if you think different, please, use strong arguments.

My band was rejected for "no releases". Ok. The band I inserted DID release a CD-Demo. I even submited the front-cover. I've seen TONS of bands with NOTHING released here. Funny there's an 80's band named Tormenta (Brazil) which I know and I know who submited and this band RELEASED NOTHING AT ALL.

Great reliable archive.....

Also, I see that the other album seems to a re-release of their 2006 demo. So it should be wise to delete both 2009 editions.

Walaskialf was NOT formerly known as Valaskjalf!
they were formed in 2000 as Walaskialf and "Allvaters Söhne" was only released under this name!

so this "Band" did not exist, please delete:
http://www.metal-archives.com/band.php?id=17590

(message from the Band:

So, why is Killswitch Engage in the archives? Pure core at its finest.
