The band "Morea" has been rejected because it "wasn't classified as metal", yet they didn't explain why it wasn't metal at all. It is supposed to be Progressive(/Atmospheric) Death Metal and is not Djent or Progressive Rock (though it has influences from both). It has very direct influences from Gojira, Opeth, Beyond Creation, Conquering Dystopia, Abstract Illusion, Wills Dissolve, etc. Why wouldn't it be classified as metal? Because there were two filler tracks that were not considered as Metal (i.e. Into the Black Hole and Ami while the other six tracks do qualify as Metal)? If you reject Morea, reject Opeth and its copycats.
