The best example is Cephalic carnage's Lucid interval. There is alot of changes in the flow of the music, some rapid, but it comes together to form this amazing song. I don't want it too rapid, like Malignancy. Any bands kinda like that?

Lykathea Aflame. Portal, perhaps? I think Slugathor might be another good example.
