Additionally (but not required, just preferred), those which have some symphonic elements like Titan Mountain.

You have to check Sear Bliss and Bornholm from Hungary. Also Valhalla and Sinful from Russia. Cool bands from Romania are Ordinul Negru, Labyrinth of Abyss and Argus Megere (latest discoveries the last two). These are some bands coming to mind at the moment. Enjoy!

First thing that came to mind was Behemoth's Sventevith and Grom, but I dont know if thats the kind of vocals you want.
Could you please give an example of what you mean by harsh vocals?
Its not alot of black metal without harsh vocals..

Sorry, I'll be more explicit with that. I mean along the lines of rasping vocals that are quite well...Skogen-esque, if you know of the band.

I have the Behemoth albums, and yeah, along the lines of that I'd say, maybe a bit more gutteral though.

Sorry, havent heard of the band, I havent really dug far into black metal, or metal at all really.
The only really good bands I know are eastern european then would be Mgla and Kriegsmaschine. Drudkh are nice, but I havent heard alot of them. Though neither of those fits very well with your request I guess.

I second this one, rare to see them mentioned around here, very enjoyable mid paced black thrash
