Bile Nephrosis was called Pile the Bodies in 2005 and played death/grind. Josh and Gregg left the band that year due to conflict with their other band at the time. The remaining members acquired a drum machine and a new guitar players as well as a backing vocalist.

The band has begun writing new material currently, and the sound has morphed to emphasize death metal rather than grind, though ...
