Atomkraft is German for Nuclear Energy or Nuclear Power.

Founded by Tony Dolan, Atomkraft's line-up went through many changes before solidifying as a trio with guitarist Rob Mathew and drummer Ged Wolf. Founding member Dolan temporarily left for the "Queen of Death" EP, but returned for the follow-up release, "Conductors of Noize," before they split up in 1988. 2005 saw Atomkraft's reformation.
