Demon Dagger dates back to 1995. The band was founded as a quartet of vocalist Pedro Mendes, guitarist Vitor Carvalho, bassist José Silva and drummer Miguel Carvalho, debuting the following year with the demo 'Corundum Pursuit'.

A 1997 demo 'Frenzy Wraith' featured W.C. Noise guitarist as guest. Demon Dagger introduced José Figueiredo as bass guitarist shortly after. In 1999 Demon Dagger ...
