The band was known only as ''Elysian Fields'' until their second album where they added 'The' in front of the band name.
Participated in 1998 Black Trip Tapes' compilation tapes ''In the Cave of Pan'' with the song ''As One'' and ''Wrath from Hades'' with the song ''Elysian Fields''.
