Formed in 1994 as Aeon, playing death metal. The demos From the Darkness I Am Called (1996) and Spirits of the Ancient Ones (1997) were recorded under this name, but never officially released. They changed their name to Sagansara for the demo ...aaaarrghh..., but soon adopted the demo's name as their own.

Currently the band consists of 2 members, both of whom prefer to remain anonymous.
