The Wolfsangel is a German heraldic symbol inspired by historic wolf traps, consisting of two metal parts and a connecting chain. The symbol was also widely used by Wehramcht during WWII and later gained popularity among Neo-Nazis. In September 2007 after signing to Austria's CCP Records the band had to change its name to avoid possible associations with Nazism.
