The band was named after the hard rock band of the same name from Detroit, Michigan, who released two albums in the early '70s and at least one demo in 1990 with "Time After Time" + 3 more. The band's name was suggested by Randy Rhoads, who was the brother of their then-vocalist, Kelle Rhoads.
