When Kat founding members Piotr Luczyk and Ireneusz Loth decided to go their separate ways, Luczyk and bassist Oset kept the name and recorded "Mind Cannibals" LP, while the main songwriters: Loth and Roman Kostrzewski founded Kat & Roman Kostrzewski, initially as only a live outfit.
